A lazy day

It poured rain today... Mark and I went to see Carla, and she had sorted our booking for Rome.
She booked us on the Eurostar fast train, to Rome on Friday, and also booked us into the Nova Domus Hotel in Rome, not too far from the Vatican City.
We have 5 nights there, and then on to Florence.
We have a couple of places that look good, and Carla will book them for us, once we decide what we like.
All we have to do is ring her, so thats good... I am sick of scouring the internet, trying to second guess photos.
We then walked back home, popped another load of washing on, had a late lunch a short nap, and then went for a night walk, before coming back for dinner, and then out for Gelati.
Now, we are just ready to sleep.
The rain is stopping a little
So we have booked a trip to Herculaneum for tomorrow.
Then Thursday down to Amalfi for the day..
Friday morning, early rise, and off to Naples on the local train, to catch the train to Rome
So nothing much today
Kids have read books, watched some TV, ..
Off to bed now.

Thought of you Italo-Ozzy's last night as Katja and I were eating Pizza at Maroochydore.
Ofcoarse, it was warm, and everyone spoke a decent language (As appossed to a sort of slurring sore throaty line of grunts with lots of 'O's sprinkled through the noise.).. Okay, no rain, chill and thick woolen layers, but other than that, just like you guys really. Oh, and nice Pizza.
Viva Maroochio!!!!!
P.S. The cat arrives today, we have not fed Scooby for a week!

Simon,
I am so so pleased you are taking Princess Tash.
I am sure it will all be fine.
She will be Ok if you have her blanket.
She will just use the cat trap if you show her, or find a place to sit outside
Thank you, Thank you.
Let me know if there is a problem
There is canned food in the cupboard for her, and fresh frozen kangaroo meat in the top of the freezer.
oh, and a little dry food.
Milk doesnt agree with her, though she loves it
