today we walked almsot everywhere, the pedometer said 19,000 steps. yesterday was 11,000

We walked to The Fishermans wharf today, and went over to Alcatraz.

What an amazing thing they have going there.. so structured so organised, you put on head phones and go off on a personal tour for about an hour, which is really really well done.
