Top of the Rock, Museum of natural History and laundry

this is being filmed outside our Hotel.. (took a picture of the permit so ic ould remember the name)Its starring Natalie Portman, (jennifer Lopez pulled out)about 2 lawyers who fall in love, being filmed all over Manhattan. the bulding next door has a courtyard garden inside, and that seems to be it.. the Althorp building

we saw the actor who plays reed, the geeky young boy/man in Criminal Minds, walking on the east sic=de of Central Park!!!

Today was warm. 16 degrees, just a jacket and boots, no gloves no scarves, but the rain is coming in tonight with cold cold cold tomorrow, we leave tomorrow at about 6pm, but the cab drivers say we will need to leave a LOT of time if the weather goes sour..we went up the the Top of the Mark to see the city today..

Great view, no queueing, then walked along 5th Avenue again, and back through central park to the Museum of Natural History.

That has to be the best place I have been to. We had a volunteer guide, called Norman Rothwell, a retired geneticist who took us though the dinasaur area, then the Human Origins exhibition.. we then left him and went to meterorites, then marine life.

Absolutely brilliant place!

Tonight we are going across the road to the Manhatten Diner for tea, Just picked up the laundrey, so everything is clean for London
