Ok,18 months ago in Paris, Mark and I had lunch alone at a cafe,on Rue Mouffetard, and promised that we would do this again, travel with the kids, before they dont want to travel with us...
So we decided that we were going to go away for 10 or so weeks of holiday, I mean, the Aussie dollar was strong, interest rates were down, employment was good,Price of oil was up, jobs were secure, all the stars were aligned..until everything went haywire......
Swiss Ruth. Rosti. I love love Rosti. I think we need to have a rosti session when we get back, OK? with that Swiss sausage, You need to tech me how to make it.. Apparantly I need a special Potato?
The best potato for Roesti is desiree and the sausage i will organise from my swiss sausagemaker ruedi .You probebly will go trough lucern (my hometown) on the way to zurich and if you have a stop there for more then 30 min. walk outside the trainstation and you will see the lovely wooden bridge across the river ------ Miss you hips see you soon. wooden is just for mark.
